Yersinia Pestis Genome

Scientists recently mapped the entire DNA sequence of Yersinia Pestis, the bacteria responsible for the Black Death in the Middle Ages. • DecameronWeb: A very comprehensive and detailed site devoted to Boccaccio's Decameron. Versions of the text are available in both Italian and English; there are also many professionally-written essays and contemporary views available on the entire text.
